What to bring with you…
Madeira boat trips in summer are a lot of fun and also very popular. Most boat tours are about 2.5 to 3 hours long. The bigger boats have toilets and a bar on board. The smaller boats do not so make sure to use the toilet before you go on the trip. Most days are sunny and hot so make sure you´re prepared.
Sun protection:
- Sunglasses
- Sunscreen
- Hat or cap
- Lip balm
For fun:
- Swimming costume
- Towel
- Swimming mask or goggles
- Camera and phone
In case the wind picks up:
- Light jersey or jacket
- A change of clothes
For a more extensive boat tour, we suggest the VMT Madeira Catamaran or the Madeira Pirate Ship as a half-day tour or the Ventura Do Mar or Bonita De Madeira for a full-day excursion to the desserts islands.
